* Did you measure in inches? Take the number of square inches to be covered and divide that number by 144. This will give you the number of square feet to be covered.

Cleaning the floating floor can be done with a broom or a vacuum cleaner. It can be washed with a damp mop and a cleaning product recommended by the manufacturer. It should never be washed with plenty of water.

• Sweep or vacuum your laminate floor at least once a week.
• Immediately wipe up any liquid to prevent it from seeping between the boards.
• Remove sand or abrasive materials to avoid scratches.
• Remove stubborn dirt and stains, such as paint stains, with acetone or an alcohol-based solvent.
• Wash the floor regularly with a mop moistened with water and a little laminate floor cleaner. Avoid using a lot of water when cleaning.
