Ultraplan 1 Plus is a fast-setting high performance self-leveling underlayment and an HCT (High-Hydrated Cement Technology) patching compound designed for interior concrete floors. It offers high resistance to abrasion, and its fast drying nature allows for light foot traffic 2 to 3 hours after application. It is used for leveling, smoothing, and repairing interior floors. Ready to tile after 3 to 4 hours.
