The purchase conditions and cancellation policy are valid for all orders placed on the occasion of the 140th anniversary sale taking place from October 7 to 9, 2023 inclusively.
During this event, a cleaning product, adapted to the product purchased, is offered with every 140 sq. ft. purchase of a product of your choice (hardwood, engineered wood, ceramic, vinyl and carpet). It's our way of thanking you for your loyalty and offering you an exceptional shopping experience.
In order to guarantee your complete satisfaction, please note the following purchase conditions:
- Payment in full on delivery: orders placed during the sales event must be paid in full on delivery.- Cancellations within 48 hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase or order will be eligible for a full refund.- Cancellations before delivery: cancellations made after 48 hours of purchase or order, but before delivery, will be eligible for a refund, less a restocking fee of 20% of the invoice total before taxes.- Cancellations after delivery: please note that purchases or orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been delivered or after the one-month delivery deadline.- Reduced delivery charges: delivery charges are reduced to 50% of the usual charges provided the order is delivered before November 30, 2023.- Products identified as "Liquidations 140e" or "Special price 140e" must be delivered or picked up by October 31, 2023 at the latest.
- Conditions applicable to all orders: these conditions apply to all orders, including special orders or roll cuts (vinyl and carpet).
- In addition, should you experience any problems with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement or repair.
