Shipping & Delivery

Certain products such as samples, area rugs, as well as cleaning and installation products can be delivered directly to your door.


  • • Items can be delivered anywhere in Quebec, provided that your order is handled by an external shipping company (not Lanctôt), and that you accept the related shipping costs.
  • • Deliveries handled by Lanctôt will depend on the arrangements you make with the representative who will contact you to schedule your delivery. Shipping costs can vary from $75 to $125, depending on your location.
  • • The date your order is delivered will depend on the delivery method you choose as well as when your order is shipped.


  • • Delivery addresses must be valid Canadian addresses.
  • • The billing address for your order must be exactly the same as the address on your credit card account.
  • • As soon as an order is placed, it is impossible to change the delivery address.
  • • An order for several products can be sent in more than one shipment and at different times.

Order tracking

  • • As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • • If your order is being shipped by an external shipping company (not Lanctôt), you will receive a confirmation number by email so that you can track the delivery of your order.
  • • If your order is being shipped by Lanctôt, please be on site the day of delivery. It is important to give us a telephone number where you can be reached easily. If something comes up, contact us as soon as possible. If our representatives cannot complete the delivery, it will be postponed to a later date.
  • • It is also possible to track your order, and view the details, or those of previous orders, at any time. Just log in to your account (on your cell or computer) and click on Status or Order.
