OFFICIAL REOPENING OF ACTIVITIES

As of Monday, May 25, 2020, the following measures will be in force.

 

Please note that strict health standards are now in effect throughout our facilities until further notice. Please refer to the press release entitled Guide to sanitary measures for customers.

Showroom : 

The showrooms will be open from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 5pm.

 

Appointments are still recommended to ensure an adequate time window for your project.

 

Our establishments will have a limit on the number of customers allowed in order to respect social distancing. 

 

Walk-in clients will be admitted if the facility is not full but may have to wait until a time slot becomes available. If the facility is full, you may be asked to wait, or to schedule an appointment later at your convenience.

 

 

Reminder of changes in sales and service

New modes of service have been introduced. From now on, our customers will be able to make appointments for telephone or videoconference consultations with our advisors by calling in-store to make selections in the comfort of their homes, with our help through personalized advice and selections using our website and those of our suppliers. 

To do so:

The customer must contact the store and request an appointment:

  • Via Facebook Messenger
  • By the general line of the store
  • Through the chatbot available on the website
  • By email to his advisor, who will transfer his request to the person in charge of the agenda. 

 

Pick up orders

Order pick-ups and payments will be made directly at the warehouse, ideally by appointment to avoid waiting times, Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 5pm.

 

Measurement and residential installation

The measurement and residential installation service is offered within the limits of available resources. For more information, contact a sales consultant.

 

Deliveries and transfers

Contactless delivery service is now available. Equipment will be dropped off at the first clear interior access to the building.

 

Receiving of goods is functional at reduced staffing levels. Supply and receiving of goods is functional, however be advised that there may be delivery delays and stock-outs caused by suppliers.

 

Returns of merchandise

As of Monday, June 1st, 2020, returns will be accepted for in-stock products only.
